Working at Americus KOA

Rain, rain rain!  We have been at Americus KOA since January 6th and I believe that it has rained at least 4 dayS each week.  From what I am told, this is a wet Spring for here.  There are flowers blooming and we have seen robins, geese flying north and the humming birds are do here this week.  So Northerners, Spring is coming!

So far working at the KOA is a relaxed, no pressure job.  The campground has been quiet, one or two arrivals a day, our big day was 10 arrivals.  There are rally’s booked for March so we should get busier.  In addition to the campground I also check in golfers, disc and ball, but with all the recent rains, I mostly read.

Debra and her family are all wonderful people and a pleasure to work for.
